These Terms of Use govern your use of the Oh My HQ website (ohmyhq.com) and the “Oh My” family of products — Oh My Ledger (ohmyledger.com), Oh My Payroll (ohmypayroll.com), Oh My Registry (ohmyregistry.com), Oh My Expenses (ohmyexpenses.com) and Oh My Insurance (ohmyinsurance.com) — operated by Oh My HQ Ltd. ("Oh My HQ", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our websites or products, you agree to these terms.

1. What the products are

The “Oh My” family is a set of software tools for accounting professionals and business owners: accounting and bookkeeping, Canadian payroll, corporate record-keeping and compliance tracking, receipt and expense management, and office insurance planning and management. Each product may also be governed by its own product-specific terms; where those apply, they control for that product.

2. Not professional advice

Oh My HQ Ltd. is a software company. We are not an accounting firm, a law firm, or a legal or tax consultancy, and nothing in our websites or products is accounting, tax, or legal advice.

In particular, Oh My Registry is an administrative tool that helps accountants, firms and companies organize corporate records — annual minutes, resolutions, dividend documentation and compliance tracking. It does not provide legal advice, does not create a solicitor-client relationship, and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer. Corporate filings, resolutions and compliance decisions remain your responsibility (or your client's); consult qualified legal counsel where required.

Oh My Insurance is a tool for insurance agents to organize coverage options and plan for teams and offices — it is not an insurance brokerage or insurer and does not provide insurance advice.

Similarly, calculations, templates and outputs produced by Oh My Ledger, Oh My Payroll, Oh My Expenses and Oh My Insurance are aids to your work — you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on or filing them.

3. AI-powered features

Parts of the family use third-party artificial-intelligence models — including Google (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI — for tasks such as document parsing, extraction and categorization. Which provider is used depends on the task. AI output can be imperfect: treat it as a draft and verify it before relying on it. How data is handled by these providers is described in our Privacy Policy.

The websites, products, the Oh My name and logos, and all related content are the property of Oh My HQ Ltd. or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use them for their intended purpose. Your data remains yours.

6. Disclaimers

The websites and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free or that output will be accurate or complete.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oh My HQ Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages — including lost profits, lost data or penalties from filings — arising from your use of the websites or products. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for the relevant product in the twelve months preceding the claim (or CAD $100 if none).

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Alberta, unless applicable consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
